300 Ashland is a luxury apartment building, developed and managed by Two Trees Management. The Brooklyn-based, family-owned real estate development firm has 12 luxury apartment buildings in New York City.
300 Ashland has a lot of incentives to entice its residents to sign a new lease including a terrace on the roof with room to do yoga, a full time doorman, a concierge desk, a parking garage, bike storage, and what I think is a key selling point, a 24 hour health club and resident lounge. Not really considered as building amenities, but in the same building you can get your daily dose of culture by going to the library, looking at the art exhibit or watching the dancers at the dance studio.
Unit 20K is the biggest of the 5 studios available. Listed for $2940 per month, you get 526 sqft of living space. When you put the keyless electronic apartment access card into the slot and open the front door there is a sort of foyer, and the bathroom is on your right. Just passed the bathroom is the Bosch washer and dryer, to the left of the washer/dryer is a standard size closet with custom designed shelves. Then you walk into the living area that is 16’9″ x 15’2″. All of the stainless steel kitchen appliances, and the kitchen sink are on the East wall, which would be to your left as you enter the room. Notice the floors in the apartment are hardwood white oak. Other things in the apartment that you might notice are the Caesarstone and stainless steel countertops, solar shades in the living room, in-sink garbage disposal, Hans Grohe fixtures in the bathroom, and LED energy efficient track lighting mounted to the ceiling.
